Easily accessible information and facilitated procedures for submitting documents to the Romanian National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (ANMDMR)

New ANMDMR Platform

The Romanian National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices launched a web platform in early April this year to facilitate online submission of documents, as a first step towards the full digitalization of the Agency’s work. This will reduce the volume of paper documents submitted by applicants and make interaction with them much easier. The platform also centralises all applications in one easily accessible section.

Both the ANMDMR Portal digital platform and the applications have been developed by the Agency’s experts in the Information and Communication Technology Service to facilitate access to up-to-date information on medicines and medical devices for collaborators and health stakeholders.

Through transparent, accurate and user-friendly communication, ANMDMR aims to fulfil its role as a communicator with the status of an expert and trusted source for accurate and timely information to all its partners: health professionals, patients and the general public, industry.
