We use this data for the specified purposes or for the purposes arising from the enquiry, such as the specification of your postal address for the dispatch of goods. Data is only transmitted to third parties if explicitly permitted by law or if you have consented to this within the scope of your registration or in the course of an active business relationship. If you use our website solely for information purposes and therefore do not give us any personal details, we do not process personal data, apart from the data transmitted by your browser that enables you to visit the website. For the purposes of the technical provision of our website, we have to process specific information that is automatically transmitted by you so that your browser can display our website and you can use the website. This information is recorded automatically and stored in our server log files whenever our website is accessed. This information relates to the calling computer’s system. The processing of personal data by “AIEPS Academy” Association targets the following categories of people:
The personal data of the categories of people listed above can be collected directly from them, from the messages (sent by telephone, FAX, email or through instant messaging applications or social networks) through which ”AIEPS Academy” Association is requested information about the educational services delivered. These data can also be retrieved during direct meetings between “AIEPS Academy” Association representatives and potential beneficiaries of “AIEPS Academy” Association activities that the academy carry out. Apart from using our website purely for information purposes, you can also actively use our website if, for example, you wish to contact us. If you do, then in addition to the above-mentioned processing, we also process the following personal data about you: surname, first name, e-mail address, phone number.
Purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of personal data.
Regarding non-commercial partners or legal beneficiaries (contractual) of the activities carried out by the “AIEPS Academy” Association, contact data will only be processed to pursue legitimate interests derived from the objectives of the Association. These interests may include processing for statistical purposes or direct marketing. The length of time during which this data is processed will be the same as the length of time during which “AIEPS Academy” Association has its legal status unchanged from the moment of taking/obtaining the data or until exercising a right of the data subject that requires the processing to be suspended or these data erased.

As far as the processing of personal data is required to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject, Art. 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If the processing is required to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override the aforementioned interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.
The obligation to provide data.
When contacting us directly (by email or telephone) for obtaining information, the provision of your data is not a legal or contractual obligation or obligation required to conclude a contract. On the other hand, however, please note that in the absence of such data, AIEPS Academy” Association will not be able to send you information about the activities of “AIEPS Academy” Association for which you have expressed interest at a given moment.

“AIEPS Academy” Association undertakes to apply all technical and organizational measures in order to ensure the protection of personal data that is processed through computer and communications systems and other electronic systems as well as those processed in any other forms, against threats and any actions that may affect the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity of data, and non-repudiation of processing operations, as well as the impairment of the operation of computer systems, whether occurring accidentally or intentionally.
Sending information notes about AIEPS Academy – Newsletters
We like to regularly send prospective customers promotional material on our services via e-mail. In order to register for our e-mail newsletter, we require, in addition to your consent, at least an e-mail address to which the newsletter can be sent. Any other information, such as your first name and surname, is voluntary and is used to address you in person and to allow us to personally configure the content of the newsletter and clarify queries about your e-mail address. It is entirely up to you whether you provide us with this data. However, without this information we may not be able to send you our newsletter.
The identification of your e-mail address is performed using the double opt-in procedure. This means that once your data has been processed, you will receive a separate confirmation e-mail. Only after clicking on the link contained in the e-mail you will receive advertising e-mails. We will also save your IP address and the date of your registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to verify your registration and, where applicable, to be in a position to resolve any misuse of your personal data. No data is passed on to third parties. Your data is saved until you have revoked this consent. You have the right to revoke your consent to this data processing, which is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, at any time and without providing reasons. In this case, we will not carry out any further processing of your personal data. You can revoke your consent by e-mail to office@aieps-academia.com or by post to Strada Aviator Maior Ștefan Sănătescu, 40. All e-mails also contain an unsubscribe link, which, when confirmed, serves to revoke your consent.
Services request
You can submit product requests on our website. To do so, we process your name, email address, telephone number, address and name of your company. You can also voluntarily give the title of the request or questions, preferences or suggestions. It is entirely up to you whether you provide us with this data. However, without this information we will be unable to meet your product request or only meet it in part.
Your data is deleted after your product request has been processed in full. Data may continue to be stored in individual cases where this is prescribed by law.
The data processing previously described for the purpose of processing your product request is performed in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Advertising of similar services
Even without your consent, you may receive information and advertising from us if we have received your email address in connection with a product or service provided by us. In this case, we reserve the right to inform you about our own, similar goods or services if applicable. You have the right to object to this promotional contact at any time and without providing reasons. To do so, you can either email your objection to office@aieps-academia.com or use the unsubscribe link at the end of every email. We assure you that your data will not be passed on to third parties.
The legal basis for the processing of your email address is Art. 7 (3) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.
Webinars
In our activity we organize educational webinars on our website. In order to use the webinar, you will firstly need to register. We process your name and email address for registration purposes and for carrying out the webinar. You can also voluntarily provide the name of your company and your address. It is entirely up to you whether you provide us with this data. However, without this information we will be unable to ensure your attendance to webinars.
We use the processed data to create a customizable user account for you, which you can use to access webinar content and services. We delete your data as soon as registration is cancelled or amended. Data may continue to be stored in individual cases where this is prescribed by law.
The data processing previously described for the purposes of carrying out a webinar is performed in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR
Data made available to third parties.
Personal data processed through activities targeting natural persons will not be disclosed to a third party for use for purposes other than those in which they are collected.
With strict reference to the purposes for which personal data has been collected, personal data processed by “AIEPS Academy” Association can be made available to entities specialized in providing related or complementary services to “AIEPS Academy” Association activities (such as be electronic payment services, courier services, accounting services, etc.). Any provision of personal data to a third party will be made only on the basis of a legal commitment by which the legal person authorized by“AIEPS Academy” Association to process personal data, undertakes to comply with the provisions of the GDPR as well as the national rules in the matter.
Transferring data to a third country or an international organization outside the European Union
“AIEPS Academy” Association process data together with partners in the European Union. These data are processed in accordance with mandatory corporate rules established by the competent supervisory authority (from the EU Member State in which the partner who has developed the training rules is headquartered).

We use Google Ads technology, specifically conversion tracking. Google conversion tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, US. If you click on an ad activated by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your PC. The cookies are valid for 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website before the cookie has expired, we and Google can recognize that you have clicked on a specific ad and were forwarded to this page. You have the right to demand information from us at any time about what data we have stored about you, its origin, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is passed on and the purpose of storage
When personal data is collected or within 30 days if it is obtained indirectly, the data subject by the processing is informed of the identity and contact details of “AIEPS Academy” Association, the contact details of the Data Protection Officer (where applicable), the purposes and legal basis in which personal data are processed, recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, the intention of “AIEPS Academy” Association to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization (if applicable), the period for which the personal data will be stored or the criteria used to determine that period, the existence of an automated decision-making process including the creation of profiles and, at least in the cases concerned, relevant information on the logic used and concerning the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject.
